Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using CommitToPost you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
CommitToPost converts technical content (pull request descriptions, blog drafts, notes) into LinkedIn posts using AI. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use automated scripts or bots to call the generation endpoint at scale
- Resell or sublicense access to the service
- Submit content that violates applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service infrastructure
You are responsible for the content you submit and the posts you publish on LinkedIn.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Pro Monthly — billed monthly. Your plan renews automatically each billing cycle. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.
Pro Yearly — billed annually. 360 generations are credited at the start of each billing year.
Top-up packs — one-time purchase of 15 generations. Top-up credits never expire and are consumed after subscription credits.
Free tier — 3 generations on signup, no credit card required.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within the app. On cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a paid period.
6. Refund policy
- Top-up packs: no refunds once purchased
- Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for the current billing period; cancel to stop future charges
- Yearly subscriptions: contact us within 7 days of purchase for a pro-rata refund if you have not used more than 10 generations

7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the posts generated for you. CommitToPost claims no rights over your generated posts.
8. Limitation of liability
CommitToPost is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the app at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
